The most recent and relevant cases for which the firm has provided its services include the collision in the Strait of Messina involving the Susan Borchard, the Segesta Jet, and the Zancle, the sinking of the Erika, and the collision of the Jolly Nero into the Pilots' Tower at the Port of Genoa. In the first case, the firm represented the owner of the Zancle and its insurers in a civil liability case, while in the second, we represented the company responsible for the technical management of the ship. In the third case, we represented the P & I Club of the two tugs Genua and Spagna.
