3.    Types of personal data

a)    Connection Data

During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to run this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with specific interested parties, but, by its very nature, could allow users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by anyone connecting to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment.

b)    Voluntarily data provided by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses listed on this site in order to send a CV leads to the acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary in order to respond to any requests, and this applies to any other data included in the message. In particular, users who wish to send their curriculum vitae by means of the Site, are kindly requested to take note of what this document says about the processing of data relating to them and that are contained in submitted CVs. Only in this way can the data processing be carried out in a conscious and aware manner.

In particular, the Firm states that the Privacy Code requires sensitive data [i.e. data revealing racial or ethnic origins, religious and philosophical convictions, political opinions, membership of political parties, unions, associations and organizations of a religious, philosophical, political nature or a trade union, or data suitable for disclosing health and sexual conduct] may be legitimately processed with the written consent of the interested party. This written consent, unless specific methods are used (e.g., digital signature) is difficult to obtain from individual users. For this reason, and because the Firm sets great store by the legitimate and transparent processing of information, all those wishing to send their CV are recommended not to include any sensitive data in it.

4.    Use of data

Connection data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the site and to check that it is functioning correctly. They are therefore deleted immediately after processing. Data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the Site. In all other cases, the data regarding web contacts are kept for no more than seven days.

The personal information provided by users who send their CVs are used only to satisfy or give feedback to the requests received and are communicated to third parties solely if necessary to this end.
