Rodolfo Pinto

Rodolfo Pinto is a partner and carries out his activity in the Naples and Milan offices.

He has been with SLC since 2000.

He deals with civil law, with particular reference to law of contracts and law of torts  (in particular as regards the area of real estate law), commercial and corporate law, banking and financial law, labour law, as well as administrative law (mainly public sale, purchase and building contracts and land lease).

As regards judicial area, he deals with all disputes arising out of all the above-mentioned contracts both before ordinary and administrative Courts and before Arbitrators Trade Unions.

He has published with Gruppo Editoriale Esselibri - Simone : "Formulario della proprietà Immobiliare" (Napoli, 2004 pagg. 687), "Locare un immobile ad uso commerciale" (Napoli, 2009, pagg. 240) e "Scegliere il miglior mutuo immobiliare" (Napoli, 2010, pagg. 272).

He graduated cum laude at "Federico II" University of Naples.

He was admitted to the Naples Bar in 2004.
