Laura Bove

Laura Bove (Naples, 1974) concentrates her activity in the Naples and Milan offices.  

She specialises in civil, commercial and corporate law (litigation and non litigation involving contractual disputes on sale and agency/distribution agreements, joint-ventures, acquisitions, corporate governance and management liability, hereditary succession), as well as in intellectual property law, also in respect of international and Community law aspects. 

Laura Bove graduated in Law cum laude from the University "Federico II" of Naples in 1996 and post-graduated cum laude in Commercial Law in 2001. She joined Studi Legali Consociati in 1997 and, after a training period of 8 months as visiting foreign lawyer at the City of London Solicitors' firm Middleton Potts, she  became a junior partner of SLC in 1999. 

Admitted to the Naples Bar in March 2001, is qualified to act before the Corte di Cassazione and Italian Supreme Courts.

She has been attending, from 2003 to 2009, as civil law lecturer at the University of Naples where she became Doctor in common law equity in 2010.

Since 2002 she practices, as civil law expert ("cultore della materia"), at the Naples University and she regularly publishes on topics relating to civil and commercial Law.
