Giuseppina Calì

Giuseppina Calì has been practising mainly in Naples (but also in other Courts) since 1998.

She provides legal assistance and advice to banks in relation to attachment proceedings and real estate, as well as legal advice and assistance to insurance companies regarding ordinary and extraordinary activities concerning damage compensation due to road traffic and medical liability claims.

She deals with all litigation in Court and before the Court of Appeal for the entire firm.

She has been instructed by Bankruptcy Division (revocation, insolvency and invalidity of payments) and has been involved in litigation relating to compensation claims for contractual and/or extra-contractual damage regulated by the Italian Civil Code and the Navigation Code, as well as summary proceedings such as seizure and attachments of Italian and foreign ships.

She is a graduate of “Federico II” University of Naples.

She was admitted to the Naples Bar in 1995.
